The African Unity Center of Excellence (AUCE) exists to foster sustainable, Africa-centered development by providing a unified platform for research, innovation, vocational training, and strategic partnerships. AUCE’s mission is to empower African communities, leaders, and institutions to drive transformative change across the continent, in alignment with Agenda 2063’s Aspirations and African Unity 2063’s long-term goals.

The African Unity Center of Excellence (AUCE) represents a groundbreaking initiative in Africa-led development, designed to foster holistic growth across every facet of African society. Founded on the principles of collaboration, empowerment, and innovation, AUCE is a dynamic platform that brings together expertise from African Unity 2063, AFSL, EUSL, GSIA, and key regional and international partners such as COMESA and the African Development Bank. AUCE stands as both a physical hub and a boundaryless network, operating without limitations or borders, united by a shared vision of sustainable, inclusive progress across Africa.

AUCE operates on a multi-layered approach that integrates training, research, and partnerships. The Center emphasizes vocational training as a practical pathway to economic empowerment, providing individuals with hands-on skills and certifications that equip them to thrive in a rapidly changing world. Each of AUCE’s 18 thematic directions is supported by partnerships with local governments, academic institutions, non-profits, and industry leaders, making AUCE a collaborative network dedicated to Africa’s unique challenges and opportunities.
